A Pre-Order is a product that has not yet come into stock, but can instead be pre-purchased to secure the purchase of your chosen item or items. Pre-Order items must be paid in full at the time of purchase. You can also Afterpay/Zippay the product and that will be classed as payment.
Please be aware that in the instance a Pre-Ordered product is no longer available either due to removal of the product, a miscount in stock or human error you will be entitled to a full refund of the product or you can choose another product at the same value, as well as a sincere apology from us, Talisman Hobbies.
Pre-Order products will also display an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) which is indicative of the expected delivery date to us. Items will then be shipped out to your delivery address, if an item is not delivered to you on the exact ETA please allow for a 3-5 business day period before contacting support. The ETA May change due to circumstances beyond our control
We can not be held accountable if Customs delay the Shipment.
Refunds will only be issued if it takes longer then 12-24 Weeks

Change of Mind and Pre Orders
There will be no full refund on change of mind or failure to read our Website or policies. If the customer changes their mind and no longer wants the product after a pre-order has been processed or an instore product has been processed, there will be a 20% restocking fee charged, This is to cover partial costs.
If a Special Order is placed and Over $500 Pre-payment will be required and must be paid in full. Before the order is placed

Unless the product is faulty. We can not accept returns due to covid.
International Orders
International Orders will not be sent out Untill Funds are Cleared and have been deposited into our bank account. You will also be asked for a copy back and front of your credit card, showing the last 4 Digits of the card card, expiry date, name and signature, from the back, as well as a copy of your photo id. If this information is not sent when requested your order may be cancelled.
